Why I Love the Gym

I love how I feel after a good workout. That feeling after the shower and cool down phase. I’m relaxed, my stress is gone, but I’m ready to start my day and get stuff done.

I also love that next day soreness. To me it’s verification that I pushed myself and over time I will see change. Not the “I’m so sore I can’t climb the stairs” sore, but the subtle reminder. I put in a 10 minute warm up, 25 minute weight lift, and 45 minute incline cardio today. It’s safe to say if I’m not feeling this tomorrow I’m going to be annoyed.

Oh yea, I like the weight loss part too.
