Yesterday I checked my fitbit before bed. 2 miles. That’s it. I need to ramp things up! I leave for class at 7, sit in lecture 8 to 4ish, and get home around 5. So far I’ve been good about going to the gym at night, but I’m so inactive during the day.
Tomorrow’s another full day of sitting, CPR class for me. But hey, look what I can do:
