I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, cardio is boring. I crank up the incline and push myself, but ten minutes in I keep thinking are we there yet?
I wish my knee would cooperate so I could just run. I’m not good at it, but I love running. I found a new interval list on Pinterest that I’m going to try today. Check it out on tumblr here.
I try to change my routine at the gym often. Doing the same old stuff drags me down and I start losing my motivation. Plus I’ve become addicted to that next day soreness. I get this odd sense of satisfaction. I’m not saying workout until you hurt yourself, but at least until you feel it the next day.
