Weigh in #4


183. I’ve lost 0.8 pounds this week. At first I was disappointed, but I haven’t been as diligent with my efforts this week. I was amped up last Wednesday, determined to make up for the past week. After that my week went to poo. If you don’t put in the effort, the weight will still be there at the end of the week. Calories in, calories out.

However, I am still happy with my progress so far. After 4 weeks of using ACE, along with diet and exercise, I have lost 8.8 pounds. My BMI has dropped from 30 to 28.7.

I’m okay with losing a pound. Look at this:

This is gone from my body. Gross. Get out of here. See all those blood vessels? That’s why obesity effects blood pressure. Your heart has to work harder to pump blood further through those extra veins and arteries. Put down the garbage and go get some exercise. Look good and feel great, that’s what I’m after.
