My second home:


After my lazy day post yesterday I did actually make it to the gym. Yeaaa.

I’m starting to ramp up my cardio with interval running. When I initially began going to the gym in February I started interval running, but stopped due to my knee. I have bad knees to start with, and last fall my dog knocked me down in a dead run.

The culprit:


I felt like I was going to puke. Who can be mad at that face? I probably should have gone to the doctor but I “walked it off” instead. Now my knee hurts when I run. It isn’t bothering me today, but I don’t want to push my luck. I’m hoping once I start getting some more weight off I can start running more. Zoom Zoom.
