I got back to the gym today. I feel so good! 10 minute elliptical warm up, 30 minutes strength training, and 45 minutes on the treadmill. I was sooo gross, but it’s worth it. If you still look pretty when you leave the gym, get back in there because you didn’t do it right.
Now, about my iPod. I skipped more songs than I actually listened to. Time for a purge. I need to get rid of some old stuff and I’m hoping to add a lot of new songs. Cardio is boring for me, I need some good songs to keep me going.
