Dear Monday

Mondays actually aren’t a big deal for me. Just another day, right? I usually work all weekend and have Tuesdays off, so I guess today is technically my Friday. Still not overly excited.

Yesterday was so busy I forgot to post! The gym was good. I did 20 minutes on the eliptical, 30 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes on the treadmill. Cardio has been getting boring for me lately, and I think it has a lot to do with the music on my iPod.

I weigh in two more days! I’m excited to get back on the scale. I’ve been bad the last few days though. I skipped the gym once and I’ve been eating some garbage. Clean slate today and tomorrow. I think part of my problem is we need to go get groceries. Usually if I’m craving something sweet, I’ll have some applesauce or yogurt. I’ve been out the past few days… Yesterday I had a DQ Blizzard. The shame!

So I’ve decided I’m going to compile a list of foods I’m gradually going to stop eating. DQ Blizzards will be at the top.

About that wrap. I planned to post instructions and a link to where I found the initial post ( must give credit where credit is due!). But I think I’m going to do some research and tweak the idea a little first. Once I see some results with this and make the method more user friendly I will post! However, I did lose 1/2 inch off my waist for the three hours I used the at home body wrap.
