Started off my Friday at the gym! I didn’t make it down yesterday and I truly missed my workout. If someone told me back in February that I would eventually enjoy working out, I would have thought they were crazy.
It takes 21 days to develop a habit. Give it 21 days.
I hate to say it, but I ate terribly yesterday. I didn’t track my calories or my water, but I know I over ate and didn’t drink enough water. Plus I’m pretty sure I didn’t take my second ACE pill. If I don’t keep myself busy on my day off I graze. Next week: no grazing on my day off!
I’ve heard a lot of great things about body wraps, but I haven’t tried them yet. The main thing holding me back is the price. I found a link on Pinterest yesterday for a simple DIY skinny wrap that is cheap to do. I’m planning to do a wrap tonight. Will post results in the morning!
