First weigh in day! I actually woke up a little excited for this. I know the first week of a diet is a lot of water weight, blah blah blah, but it’s still progress.
I have lost 3.8 pounds! More importantly, I got that push I needed to dip below 190. That seems to be where I keep getting “stuck” with my weight loss. 38 pounds to go until my goal. I can do this. Off to the gym!
